Refund and Revision Policy

Revision eligibility depends on the agreed project scope. Requests that remain within the original instructions will be reviewed during the stated revision period. New requirements, new data, changed topics or additional analysis may require a new quotation.

Refund decisions consider the project stage, work already completed and costs already incurred. Final terms should be confirmed in writing before payment.
